WORKTOPS STORAGE

Inside our plant, we have a dedicated area for the storage of panels and worktops. They are delivered by suppliers who we have collaborated with for many years. By having this area, we are able to optimise our stock management of panels and worktops.

  

PANELS FLOW

Panels are sliced in our machines (panel saw). Our know-how and expertise allow us to calibrate our cutting as accurately as possible. We are able to launch the production of small, medium or large volumes.

  

MACHINING OPERATION

Our expertise and our machining capacity allow us to realize various machining operations (grooving, shaping and wooden plating of complex shapes, ripping, drilling…). Each customer has its own requirements and we adapt them to our machining, while working in a safe environment.

  

edgebanding

In regards to the edges, we also posses an area dedicated for storage, We have edges appropriate for all the panels that we offer. These edges are in PVC or in melamine particleboards. Edgebanding is realised on straight panels but also on rounded panels.

  

ASSEMBLY

In our CARTI factory, we have a dedicated area for product assembly. We can either deliver your products in individual packaging, housing a complete kit, or in their assembled states. We have a dedicated service which deals with these.

  

PACKAGING 

We develop internally the packaging solutions of your products. We have a machine designed to create bespoke packaging. At the end of the production, we also pay special attention to the product packaging.
